                  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众销售有限责任公司奥迪品牌用户形象传播年度代理公司,敬请关注以下内容。

                  1. 招募标准:

                  1.1 公司注册时间:不晚于2015年1月1日注册

                  1.2 公司性质:具有独立法人的综合类公关公司,文化传媒公司,影视娱乐类营销公司。

                  1.3 公司规模:具备稳定核心团队(30人及以上),公司注册资金1000万以上,年营业额1亿以上。

                  1.4 公司专业素质:

                  · 2015年1月1日以后,3年国际知名品牌服务经验以及娱乐营销经验(曾服务于汽车品牌的公司优先);

                  · 有较强的策略规划及发展能力;

                  · 具有行之有效的项目策划及内容开发能力;

                  · 具有娱乐资源整合能力;

                  · 拥有丰富的名人资源储备,以及完善的名人评估体系、管理体系和成功案例;同时具有该领域危机公关能力;

                  · 拥有优质的媒体购买资源,以及较强的媒体策划、传播能力。包括平面、网络、电视传播、新媒体资源等,并拥有优质的策划创意、拍摄制作团队或资源,具有独立拍摄TVC、平面大片的资源;

                  · 具有较强的微博、微信等社会化媒体运营能力,对行业热点、社会热点具有高度敏感性和较强分析能力;

                  1.5 公司团队要求:

                  · 具有稳定的工作团队和办公场所;

                  · 服务于本项目的团队专职专业人员总计应不少于30人,且服务团队不能服务于奥迪的直接竞品。其中:

                  · 不少于8人负责策略规划、内容创意等工作;

                  · 不少于8人负责媒体的专业团队;

                  · 不少于8人负责用户形象日常管理运营;

                  · 不少于6人负责本项目的双微平台,包括日常稿件撰写、运营维护、营销策划等工作。

                  1.6 资质要求:有效的营业执照且未超营业范围经营,具备独立承担民事责任的能力;依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金;近三年经营活动中不存在违法违纪记录,企业信用良好;愿意与一汽-大众共同预防和治理不廉洁行为并签订《廉洁合同》,遵守一汽-大众《保密及相关方安全管理规定》、《商业禁止行为规定》等;有关联关系的企业(包含但不限于法定代表人为同一人,母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司,单位负责人为同一人,总公司与分公司,直接控股或存在管理关系的)不得同时报名参与本次公开招募。

                  2 招募须知:

                  2.1 签约后业务范围:奥迪用户形象战略规划、奥迪名人组织管理及整体传播,包括奥迪销售事业部所有业务部门与奥迪用户形象有关的工作内容;

                  2.2 商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议;

                  3 须提交资料:

                  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

                  3.2 申报表(请见附件):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

                  3.3 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证;年度财务审计报告。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息)。中国大陆办公室具体地址及相应成立时间(须提供证明材料);

                  3.4 公司管理机构及人员情况:管理层机构及人员介绍,策略、创意、活动、媒介、文案专业人员介绍(数量、工作年限、工作经历、资质等),专家人员介绍(数量、工作年限、工作经历、资质等)。注:各专业人员须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明复印件;进入到讲标环节的公司需携带主讲人一年以上的社保缴纳证明原件,并确保中标后此人为奥迪品牌服务);

                  3.5 目前服务客户情况:客户服务时间、服务范围,(请提供合同为证);

                  3.6 近3年项目作品:近3年已执行的公关策略提案(数量、清单及简介)、近3年公关活动策划及执行方案(数量、清单及简介),近3年公关策略或公关活动获奖情况(获奖证明材料复印件并加盖公司印章),近3年整合传播成功案例、近三年借助社会化媒体及各类新技术手段进行策划营销的成功案例等。

                  针对3.4-3.5,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在U盘里一并提供,时间以5分钟为限。

                  上述资料和信息必须属实。请提供清晰且完整的材料,提供不全将视为无法提供。所有相关项目经验在公示文件发布前有效,公示文件发布后产生无效。如查明有虚假资料和信息,将取消其招募资格。

                FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD Retainer Agency Pitch for Annual Audi Customer Imagine Management, Communication& PR Strategy Recruitment Announcement

                  For the purpose of business development, the subjective of this Recruitment Announcement is Retainer agency pitch for Annual Audi Customer Imagine Management, including but not limited to daily operation of Audi Vorsprung Circle (Official Celebrity Car Owner Group), PR resource and communication strategy. Please find the detailed information as followed.

                  1 Potential bidders should meet following requirements:

                  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2015.

                  1.2 Company Nature and Qualification: An Independent Legal Entity; Comprehensive Company with strong marketing insight and strategic planning capability in PR, Culture media Company, and Integrated DigitalEntertainment Marketing.

                  1.3 Company Scale: Beijing-based with stable core team members (at least more than 30 headcount), company registered capital must be over 10 million, annual revenue ≥100million.

                  1.4 Company Expertise:

                  · Since January 1st, 2015, at least 3 years service experience for international brands and entertainment marketing experience (experience for serving automotive brands is a prior).

                  · Strong strategic planning and development capability.

                  · Effective project planning and creative thinking for content.

                  · With the abilities to integrate and leverage resources in Entertainment field.

                  · Possess rich celebrity resources, have full-aspects celebrity evaluation chart and management system with successful case and be capable of handling PR crisis.

                  · Posse superior media purchasing channels and competitive abilities of media planning and communication, leveraging all kinds of resources in Print, Online, TV,New Media,and could come up with high-qualified scripts/scenario with creative ideas and fulfill the commitment.

                  · Strong capabilities for operation social media APP (Weibo & WeChat), with highly sensitive of Net feeling and awareness of Hot issues of social concern and industry trends; also master in analysis with logistic mind.

                  1.5 Team structure requirements:

                  · With stable core team based in Beijing.

                  · At least 30 full-time team members oriented with ”Annual Audi Customer Imagine Management” project and all the scope of services under this project shall be on a “exclusive” basis and shall prohibit any member serve for any direct competitive brand.

                  · At least 8 team members should be focus on strategy planning, content creativity.

                  · At least 8 team members should be expertise to Media management.

                  · At least 8 team members should be focus on daily operation for Audi Customer Image Management related works and Audi Vorsprung Circle.

                  · At least 8 team members should be focus on Social Media (Weibo & Wechat) management, in order to constantly add new and high-quality content to these platforms to retain the attention from followers and attract new fans.

                  1.6 General Qualifications:

                  · Any potential bidder should be an independent entity established under the law of People’s Republic of China, valid existing and operate smoothly, with effective business license and not beyond scope of business license, as well as the ability to bear the legal consequences if any violation of Civil liability.

                  · The bidder shall fulfill its obligation to pay tax and Social Insurance Funds in accordance with the law. Shall have no illegal act in business activities in the recent 3 years.

                  · Shall sign the relevant compliance agreement with FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD for mutual defence and governance in Anti-Corruption. Shall exercise best care and caution to obey the relevant regulations for《Confidential and Relevant Security Control》 and 《Rules on Banning the Infringement of Business》,etc.

                  · Any in deemed Associated Enterprise including but not limited to any enterprise owned and controlled by the same or common interest, any parent company or a full-invested subsidiary company or holding company owned and controlled by the same or common interest,Head office and its branches or any direct participation in stock or any existence of management relation shall no simultaneous participation in this bidding.

                  2 Notice:

                  2.1 Business scope after signed the cooperation agreement including retainer service like Audi Customer Image & Audi Vorsprung Circle and integrated PR&Communication plan; and also On-Demand reports and support to FAW-Volkswagen Audi Sales&Marketing Department and Audi Customer Image related works.

                  2.2 Confidentiality: The winning bidder should agree to keep strictly secret and confidential and under no circumstances to disclose to any person or 3rd-party, any material and information under this project.

                  Agencies whom meet above qualifications with the willing to join the agency pitch should send out the hard-copies of the required documents with company seal to Purchasing Department of FAW-VW Automotive Co., Ltd as mentioned in the Third Clause before 24:00 on 12th.12, 2019, only received by SF Express.                   3 Required Documents:

                  3.1 Company general profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc.

                  3.2 Application form (refer to the Attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, all documents shall take effective upon execution and sealing by the legal representative.

                  3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates for inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor; annual financial audit report. (**Remarks: Please provide hard-copies of the mentioned documents. Please affix your company’s official seal on the copy of your business license and also provide the authenticity online query information of your business license. Please provide supporting documents for your Chinese mainland office site and the corresponding set up time.)

                  3.4 Company organization structure and personnel: Introduction of management, overall team structure and core team members, and classify of the personnel under the project by Strategy, Creativity, Event Planning, Media, Copywrtite and specify them by the amount, working experience and qualification as well as the expertise. **Remark: Every team member under this project should provide the proofs of their recent six months’ Social welfare insurance; the representative in the presentation stage must provide the original copy of his/her recent one year’s Social welfare insurance for verifying.

                  3.5 Current clients in service status: service time/scope and contracts as proofs.

                  3.6 Projects in recent 3 years: PR strategy proposal (number, detailed list and introduction), creative and executive proposal of PR event (number, detailed list and introduction), award of PR communication strategy or PR event (copies of award certificate with company stamp), successful integrated communication; successful planning & marketing campaign through social media and various new technologies.

                  As for 3.4-3.5, except hard-copies, please provide 5 minutes video footage of company introduction, core team member, company history and achievement in a USB stick.

                  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Please provide all the required documents in clarity and complete before deadline, otherwise will be deemed as unable to provide. Only relevant project experience before the formal Recruitment announced shall be taken valid, otherwise should be ignored. Any false document or cheating information will result in disqualification of recruitment.

                  All documents mentioned herein-before shall be written in both Chinese and English versions as far as possible. The video must have remarks in English. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
